The first goal of the Design Team is to determine your objectives for your solution. Each customer has a unique network and specific objectives. Understanding your goals allows the team to determine your requirements. Once they determine these requirements, they develop a specific Statement of Work (SOW) for your project. The Design Team ensures the network services you require can be provided by the equipment chosen for the solution. The team also works to make all the necessary hardware and software components ready for deployment in your solution. They work closely with the Installation Team to ensure a smooth roll-out.
Our Installation Team uses a structured methodology to deploy your solution. The team uses this approach to minimize the installation time requirements and reduce deployment risk. This team focuses on technical and logistical detail necessary to deliver you a successful deployment.
Our goals are to minimize deployment time and cost in order to optimize time to an operational network. We do this by using a structured approach to deployment planning and testing. After validating the network design in our lab, we initiate a comprehensive staging process. During this phase, we pre-configure all devices prior to shipping them to the customer installation site. While the installation occurs, the on-site Optical Technicians receive support from our Optical Engineers and Optical Installation Coordinators.
This support ensures smooth deployment, testing and turnover to our customer.
